When I was going through divorce, I remember feeling overwhelmed, scared, and so alone. I spent hours searching the web for blogs, articles, courses-anything to make me feel less alone and more empowered. Having walked through it-I feel called to share what I have learned over the years in the hope that I can help someone else walk through divorce with just little more peace and hope.

In this course you will learn about all of the emotions that come along with divorce and heartbreak, including the stages of grief. Using the Better Off Healed Journal to guide you, you will learn the purpose behind your emotions and how to use them to help you move forward into healing. You will complete exercises to help deal with grief and will have access to a private Facebook group community.
